At the moment, we cannot offer next-day delivery service. We are moving premises from Kilroot Business Park to the central area of Carrickfergus. Once we have fully moved and settled, we will resume our next-day delivery service. Thank you for your understanding.

Temporary Order Dispatch Times:

• Orders must be placed before 7am Monday to Thursday for dispach the same day and delivery the following day.
• Orders placed after 7 am Thursday will be collected by a courier on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
• No orders are dispatched on Fridays and weekends.

If you have chosen the 'Pick Up in Store' option, please ring the store at 02893603602 or email sales@rathlinraw.com to ensure someone is available in the store before collection, as the store hours may vary due to relocation.

Delivery Charges

• Fastway Couriers - £7.99 for Northern Ireland orders under 20kg. For orders exceeding 20kg, a delivery charge of £15.99 will apply.
  
• DHL Express Delivery Service - £9.99 per 20kg for Great Britain. For orders exceeding 20kg, a delivery charge of £19.99 will apply.
  
• Fastway Couriers -  €9.99 per 20kg for Ireland orders.  For orders exceeding 20kg, a delivery charge of  €19.99 will apply.
  

Free Delivery Information

• FREE Delivery for orders over €100 to Ireland.
• FREE Delivery on orders over £100 all over the UK.

• • • Orders do not need to be signed for. You will receive an email or text message from the courier before they attempt delivery. The option to pick a safe place will be available, if this is not chosen the package will be left with a neighbor.
    • Orders are not dispatched during bank holidays or weekends but will be sent out on the following business day.

Once you receive your order, please promptly place the product in your freezer. If any thawing has occurred during transit, rest assured it is safe to refreeze.

How does the food arrive?

• The food arrives in a sturdy cardboard box lined with a foil thermo-liner, ensuring that the food remains chilled for up to 72 hours even if you are not available to receive it.
